I’ve been leading and developing leaders in non-profit/ministry settings since 1995. I have learned that all organizations and their goals rise and fall with their leaders and culture. I came to a place of wanting to see healthy and high-performing leaders in every environment. In 2023, this desire led me to venture out to work with developmentally minded leaders and teams beyond the non-profit world.

 

That is what brought me to develop L3 Coaching in partnership with GiANT Worldwide. I want to see every person and organization achieve the impact they were created for through building leaders worth following and high performing companies people love to work at. I do this through a combination of sequenced learning environments and real time leadership conversations resulting in leaders who don't burn out and lead with humble confidence, a healthy culture, and higher performance. You could sum what I focus on as Leadership Development and Organizational Performance Coaching.
