Hello
My name is Heath Haynes. I am a product of many places. I was born and grew up in Georgia. In my twenties, I was able to travel and do ministry all over the country as well as four continents. Now, I live in Houston, TX where I have been since 2005. I enjoy being around people, drinking/talking about coffee, being outside, and stories - books or movies - it's a win either way.
My Story
In, 2005, I married Amber and began the greatest adventure of my life. We now have two amazing kids that have only added to that adventure. We are learning everyday to know ourselves to lead ourselves so we can lead and build them up as we work to prepare them for the day we release them into the world. Everything I bring to L3 Coaching and to you is always first applied and experienced in our home.
I’ve been leading and developing leaders in a ministry setting since 1995. I have learned that all organizations and their goals rise and fall with their leaders and culture. My approach is to develop people, understand how people shape culture, and address the reality that the culture of an organization or team will actually overtake the expressed vision and strategy every time if they are not aligned.
That is what brought me to develop L3 Coaching in partnership with GiANT. I want to see every person and organization achieve the impact they were created for and for every leader and organization to be one that people want to work for instead of one they, merely, have to work for.
